These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to use of the 28bd platform and all associated services ("Services"). By accessing the platform or using any Service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use 28bd's services.

28bd reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore recommend re-reading this page on each visit.

1 Age Restriction & Eligibility

28bd's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. By registering on the platform, you confirm that:

You are at least 21 years old.
You are operating the account in your own name and on your own behalf.
All information provided is completely true and accurate.
Using online gaming services is lawful in your area.

2 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals may not open an account or use 28bd's services:

Any person under the age of 21.
Anyone whose previous account has been closed or suspended.
Anyone who is an employee of 28bd or an immediate family member of such an employee.

Account Registration & Management

3 Account Opening Rules

Each user may open only one account. If you attempt to open multiple accounts, 28bd reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any associated balances. At registration you must provide your correct name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

28bd may verify your identity at any time. As part of this process we may request any one or more of the following documents:

A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
Proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals and bonus claims may be held until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account closure.

5 Account Closure & Suspension

28bd may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Breach of these Terms.
Suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
Provision of false information.
Suspected money laundering or other illegal activity.
At the user's own request (voluntary closure or responsible gaming protection).

6 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds at 28bd you may use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit per method is ৳100. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

Deposits will be reflected in your account once successfully verified. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

7 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though bank transfers may take a little longer. Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:

Your account has been fully verified.
The applicable wagering requirements have been met.
The withdrawal method is consistent with the deposit method.

28bd reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

8 Welcome Bonus Terms

28bd offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳34,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳54,000.

To receive the welcome bonus, you must activate it at the time of your first deposit and meet the minimum deposit requirement. The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

9 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. Which games count towards wagering will be stated in the bonus details.

10 Bonus Abuse

28bd is vigilant against bonus abuse. The following activities may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure:

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
Strategically placing bets to avoid bonus terms (arbitrage or hedging).
Providing false information to obtain a bonus.
Exploiting the bonus system in any other improper way.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

11 Fair Play Policy

14 VIP Tiers & Benefits

28bd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback is paid at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is based on regular and active participation. 28bd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

15 Responsible Gaming Policy

In the event of any dispute, please first contact our support team directly. We will respond within a reasonable time upon receipt of a complaint. If the matter cannot be resolved through direct discussion, both parties may seek resolution through mediation.

21 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be set aside and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 28bd and the user and supersede any prior oral or written communications.
